- 15 mL fresh lemon juice
- 60 mL fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 piece(s) fresh tarragon
- 120 mL mineral water

Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Tarragon, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge
Instructions
- Fill serving glass with ice.
- Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
- Roll to mix from serving glass to other glass and back.
- Garnish.
