Ingredients
- 30 mL premium dry gin
- 15 mL fresh lemon juice
- 15 mL Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
- Top with
- 180 mL champagne or sparkling wine
Glass: Wine Glass
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Tarragon
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
