- 37 1/2 mL aperitif
- 15 mL Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup
- 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice

120 mL prosecco white wine
Glass: Wine Glass
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Strawberry slices, Lemon slice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
