- 30 mL Monin Raspberry syrup
- 15 mL lemon juice
- 120 mL champagne or sparkling wine
- 30 mL club soda

Garnish: Mint, Raspberries, Lemon peel
Instructions
- Fill serving glass with ice.
- Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
- Roll to mix from serving glass to other glass and back.
- Garnish.
