Ingredients

• 45 mL vodka
• 30 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
• 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 30 mL egg white
  

Glass: Martini/Cocktail

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Lemon peel, wheel or wedge, Lemon twist

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into chilled serving glass.
5. Garnish.
