Ingredients

  • 22 1/2 mL Monin spiced brown sugar syrup
  • 2 dash(es) grapefruit bitters
  • 60 mL fresh grapefruit juice
  • Fill with club soda

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Top with sparkling beverage.
  5. Garnish.
