- 45 ml White Rum
- 45 ml Dark Rum
- 10 ml Mixer Pineapple puree
- 15 ml Mixer lime juice
- 10 ml Mixer Passion fruit puree,
- 30 ml Fresh Orange juice
- 20 ml Fresh Pineapple puree
Preparations
1. Extract the Pineapple juice from the fresh pineapple 2. Put all the ingredients in a shaker 3. Shake well 4.Serve in a Hurricane glass 5. Pomegranate syrup on top 6. Garnish with an orange slice
