Ingredients

  • 22 1/2 mL Monin Honey Jasmine Syrup
  • 8 piece(s) mint leaves
  • 3 dash(es) bitter
  • 60 mL premium bourbon
  • 1 piece(s) lemon wedge (squeeze and discard)

Glass: Julep Cup

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Cap and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish.
