Ingredients

  • 30 mL Monin Honey syrup
  • 45 mL bourbon
  • 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dash(es) bitter
  • ice cubes
  • Fill with ginger beer

Glass: Copper Mug

Glass Size: 14 oz./414 ml

Garnish: Citrus, Mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Cap and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish.
