Ingredients
- 30 mL premium vodka
- 15 mL Monin Pineapple Purée
- 15 mL Monin Passion Fruit syrup
- 30 mL orange juice
- 30 mL egg white
- top with brut champagne

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Garnish.
