Ingredients

• 60 mL bourbon
• 22 1/2 mL Monin chipotle pineapple syrup
• 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 30 mL egg white

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
4. Serve.
