- 7 1/2 mL Monin Le Fruit Black Cherry
- 3 dash(es) Tobacco Bitters
- 15 mL sweet vermouth
- 30 mL cognac
- 30 mL premium bourbon

Instructions
- Combine MONIN flavouring(s) and 15 ml sparkling beverage in serving glass.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Fill with remaining sparkling beverage.
