Ingredients
- 22 1/2 mL Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup
- 60 mL gin
- 30 mL fresh lime juice
- 15 mL heavy cream
- Fill with soda
Glass: Collins

Garnish: Lavender sprig
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in mixing tin.
- Spindle mix until smooth.
- Pour into serving glass and garnish.
