Ingredients

  • 45 mL whisky
  • 7 1/2 mL Monin honey organic sweetener
  • 15 mL Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup
  • 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dash(es) grapefruit bitters
  • 120 mL club soda

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Flowers/herbs

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Top with sparkling beverage.
  5. Garnish.
