Ingredients

  • 45 mL premium dry gin
  • 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 15 mL fresh lime juice
  • 45 mL Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
  • 60 mL heavy cream
  • 22 1/2 mL egg white
  • 2 drop(s) Orange Flower Water
  • Top with
  • 60 mL sparkling water

Glass: Martini/Cocktail

Glass Size: 8 oz./240 ml

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Cap and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into chilled serving glass.
  5. Garnish.
