Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Prickly Reàl
  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 2 oz Sake
  • 3 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
  • 0.25 oz egg white
GARNISH
  • Dried seaweed

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled glass.
