- 15 mL Monin Hot Honey Syrup
- 15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
- Add ice cubes.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish.
