INGREDIENT

½ oz./15 ml Monin® Violet Syrup
½ oz./15 ml Monin® Vanilla Syrup
7 oz./210 ml Fresh Brewed Tea

GARNISHES

Lemon, mint

PREPARATION: Roll to Mix

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
2. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
3. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.
4. Add garnish and serve.

NOTES

A refreshing way to step outside of the comfort zone with a new floral flavour that you may not have tried before. Violet has been around for a long time, but we don’t see it used very often in the US. This delicate floral flavor is tempered by the addition of vanilla created a wonderful way to enjoy a spring glass of iced tea.
