INGREDIENT

2 oz./60 ml Berry Hibiscus Tea
1 oz./30 ml Monin® Strawberry Rose Syrup
½ oz./15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Top with  Cupcake Heavy Whipping Cream*

GARNISHES 

Short Bread, Dollop Whipped Cream, Strawberry Slice,
Blueberry, Sprinkle Crushed Dried Rose Petals

PREPARATION: Shake and Strain / Up 

1. Chill serving glass.
2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
3. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
4. Add garnish and serve.

NOTES *Cupcake Heavy Whipped Cream

8 oz./240 ml Heavy Whipping Cream
3 oz./90 ml Monin® Cupcake Syrup (Spindle Mix to a firm, pourable consistency)
