30 mL Monin vanilla cream syrup
15 mL fresh lemon juice
15 mL fig jam
150 mL club soda

Glass: Flute

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Fig

Instructions

Combine MONIN flavouring(s) and 15 ml sparkling beverage in serving glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Fill with remaining sparkling beverage.
