• 50 ml Gunpowder Irish Gin
• 15 ml Mixer Williams pear puree
• 10 ml Mixer Ginger syrup
• 10 ml Mixer Elderflower syrup
• 10 ml Mixer pure lime juice
• ml 1 dash Cucumber bitter

Preparations

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously
Double strain into a glass full of ice
