Ingredients

  • 15 mL Monin spiced brown sugar syrup
  • 120 mL strong cold brew coffee
  • Top with
  • 30 mL Monin Green Mint syrup
  • 60 mL heavy cream

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Instructions

  1. In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour cold brew coffee.
  2. In a specific blender bowl for cold foam, pour milk and MONIN syrup.
  3. Mix with the appropriate program to get a nice cold foam.
  4. Pour in the glass to create a layer.
  5. Garnish and serve.
