Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 45 mL silver tequila
  • 15 mL triple sec curaçao liqueur
  • 22 1/2 mL Monin chipotle pineapple syrup
  • 30 mL pineapple juice
  • 30 mL fresh sweet & sour mix

Glass: Specialty

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Salt rimmer, Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Pepper, Pineapple

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Serve.
