45 mL gin
6 mL Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
22 1/2 mL Monin Ginger Beer Syrup
15 mL fresh lime juice
120 mL sparkling water

Glass: Copper Mug

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Cucumber slice(s), Mint sprig, Lime peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
Cap and shake vigorously.
Strain into chilled serving glass.
Top with sparkling beverage.
Garnish.
