Ingredients
- 45 mL vanilla liqueur
- 15 mL Monin peppermint syrup
- 15 mL fresh lemon juice
- 10 leaf(ves) mint leaves
- 120 mL club soda
Glass: Julep Cup
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Lemon wheel, Mint leaves
Instructions
- Pour fruit(s)/ spice(s)/ herb(s) into a glass and muddle with MONIN flavouring(s).
- Fill glass with crushed ice.
- Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage.
- Stir.
- Top with sparkling beverage and serve.
