15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée

3 ea. pineapple wedge (no skin)

45 mL fresh agave sour mix
Glass: Martini/Cocktail

Garnish: Pineapple slice
Instructions
- Muddle fruit/herbs and MONIN product(s) in shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass and garnish.
