15 mL sweet vermouth
15 mL Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
2 dash(es) orange bitter

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel

Instructions

Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Add ice cubes.
