Ingredients

  • 30 mL Irish whiskey
  • 22 1/2 mL Monin Irish syrup
  • 120 mL fresh brewed coffee
  • Top with
  • 60 mL heavy whipping cream

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Cap and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish.
