- 22 1/2 mL Monin french raspberry syrup
- 15 mL White Chocolate syrup
- 60 mL heavy cream
- Top with

Garnish: Grapefruit wheel or wedge, Flowers/herbs, Graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
