INGREDIENT

½ oz./15 ml Monin® Lavender Syrup
½ oz./15 ml Monin® Ruby Red Grapefruit Syrup
7 oz/210 ml Club Soda

GARNISHES

Grapefruit, lavender sprig, mint

PREPARATION: Roll to Mix

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
2. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
3. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.
4. Add garnish and serve.

NOTES

Lavender and grapefruit pair wonderfully together. This adult-centric Italian style soda is a wonderful elevated drink that can be enjoyed throughout the day. A great way to stop and smell the blooming flowers!
