Ingredients

8 leaf(ves) mint
30 mL Monin Honey syrup
22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
45 mL spiced dark rum
Fill with club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig

Instructions

Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously.
Pour into a glass.
Top with sparkling beverage.
Serve.
