Ingredients

• 30 mL Monin Vanilla syrup
• 30 mL pineapple juice
• 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 5 ea. mint leaves
• 90 mL club soda
  

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Orange peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
2. Cap and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
4. Top with sparkling beverage.
5. Garnish.
