Ingredients
- 60 mL bourbon
- 22 1/2 mL Monin chipotle pineapple syrup
- 30 mL fresh lemon juice
- 30 mL egg white

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Serve.
