Ingredients

• 22 1/2 mL Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
• 15 mL Monin Cinnamon syrup
• 60 mL pineapple juice
• 90 mL coconut milk
• ea. orange bitter
  

Glass: Coppa glass

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Cinnamon stick, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish.
