Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 15 mL Monin Coconut Fruit Purée
  • 15 mL pineapple juice
  • 15 mL fresh lime juice
  • 37 1/2 mL vanilla rum
  • 15 mL Banana liqueur
  • 15 mL dark rum

Glass: Martini/Cocktail

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except floater.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into serving glass filled with ice.
  4. Gently pour floater on top.
  5. Garnish.
