Ingredients

• ice cubes
• 37 1/2 mL Monin Classic Watermelon Syrup
• 22 1/2 mL elderflower liqueur
• 120 mL white wine
• 15 mL lemon juice
• splash club soda
  

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Watermelon, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

1. Fill serving glass with ice.
2. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
3. Roll to mix from serving glass to other glass and back.
4. Garnish.
