INGREDIENT

½ oz./15 ml Monin® Banana Syrup
½ oz./15 ml Monin® Vanilla Syrup
2 shots Espresso
top with  Sweet Cream Cold Foam

GARNISHES

Espresso beans, lemon zest

PREPARATION: Shake and Strain / Over Ice

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
3. Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
4. Add garnish and serve.

NOTES

The Carajillo is a traditional after dinner cocktail that has been gaining some notoriety as
of late thanks to a Today Show segment featuring the cocktail. Licor 43 is the spirit
component which is recreated here in the Carajillno with Monin Banana and Vanilla
syrup and lemon zest so all who wish can enjoy a version of this classic drink.
