INGREDIENT

¾ oz./22 ml Monin® Butterscotch Syrup
¾ oz./22 ml Monin® Gingerbread Syrup
4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
2 oz./60 ml Milk

GARNISHES

Layered cookie crumbles & whipped cream
butterscotch chips, gingerbread cookie

PREPARATION: Spindle Mix / Ice Cream

1. Combine ingredients in mixing tin.
2. Spindle mix until smooth.
3. Pour into serving glass and garnish.

NOTES

Layer in crumbled gingerbread cookies and whipped cream for a fun dessert, add
butterscotch chips for texture.
