Ingredients

60 mL fresh pressed carrot juice
22 1/2 mL Monin orange tangerine syrup
15 mL orange liqueur
150 mL champagne

Glass: Specialty

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel, Carrot

Instructions

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
Add ice cubes.
Cap and shake vigorously.
Strain into chilled serving glass.
Garnish.
