INGREDIENT

½ oz./15 ml Monin® Hot Honey Syrup
2 sprigs Fresh Thai Basil (6 leaves)
1 ea. Lemon Wedge (squeeze and discard)
-------  Muddle:
1 ½ oz./45 ml  Premium Bourbon
Pour into Hollow Ice Sphere

GARNISHES

Lemon Peel, Thai Basil Leaves (in bottom of glass)
Mini Polo Mallet, Smoking Cloche

PREPARATION: Muddle / Shake and Strain

1. Place ingredients 1-3 into bottom of mixing glass & muddle.
2. Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour bourbon.
3. Cap, shake and strain into hollow ice sphere.
4. Add garnish, smoke, and serve.
