Our products are guaranteed by the manufacturers and their best practices. To maintain food safety, we have strict policies for food products sold and transported by third-party companies.
Important Notice: Due to potential food safety risks from uncontrolled storage and handling, we do not accept returns of food products purchased on this site.
If you have a quality complaint, please email detailed information (description, photos, copies of documents) to infocanada@profifood.com within 3 days of receipt. We will investigate and may request the return of unsatisfactory products at our expense. The purchaser must properly package the product and arrange for its return to the specified carrier.
After the investigation, we will inform you of the results and potential compensations. If the product is deemed unsuitable for return, disposal is the purchaser’s responsibility.
If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement at our expense. Please email the details (description, photos, documents) to infocanada@profifood.com within 3 days of receipt. Only products in original, undamaged packaging are eligible for exchange. If the exchanged product is deemed unsatisfactory, we may request compensation for the damaged product.
