INGREDIENT

1 oz./30 ml Premium Cristalino Reposado Tequila
½ oz./15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz./22 ml Monin® Elderflower Syrup
1 pump Monin® Passion Fruit Concentrated Flavour
2 oz./60 ml Prosecco White Wine

GARNISHES

Honey Grapefruit Cold Foam*, Firestick Edible Flower, Sprinkle Black Lava Salt

PREPARATION: Stir and Strain / Up

1. Chill serving glass.
2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
3. Stir vigorously to chill, and strain into chilled serving glass.
4. Add garnish and serve.
