15 mL Monin Almond syrup
15 mL Monin blue cotton candy syrup
30 mL fresh lime juice
45 mL mezcal
150 mL champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions

Muddle fruit/herbs and MONIN product(s) in shaker.
Add remaining ingredients.
