Ingredients

• 30 mL Monin peanut butter syrup
• dbl shot espresso
• 45 mL heavy whipping cream
• 45 mL premium bourbon
• Top with
• 60 mL club soda

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Pour into a glass.
4. Top with sparkling beverage.
5. Serve.
