Ingredients
- 1 oz Juicy Pear Reàl
- 2 oz (60ml) cognac
- 0.5 oz (15ml) Grand Marnier
- 1 oz (30ml) Finest Call Lemon Juice
- 1 oz egg white
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into mixing glass.
- Dry shake egg white and fine strain into glass.
