Ingredients
1 oz Juicy Pear Reàl
2 oz (60ml) cognac
.5 oz (15ml) Grand Marnier
1 oz (30ml) Finest Call Lemon Juice
1 oz egg white
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Shake and strain into mixing glass.
Dry shake egg white and fine strain into glass.
