INGREDIENT

1 oz./30 ml Monin® Passion Fruit Purée
¾ oz./22 ml Monin® Vanilla Syrup
1 oz./30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz./15 ml Pineapple Juice
1 oz/30 ml Aquafaba/Chickpea Liquid

GARNISHES

Orange slice

PREPARATION: Shake and Strain / Up

1. Chill serving glass.
2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
3. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
4. Add garnish and serve.

This is a mocktail version of the Porn Star Martini, fresh and full of flavour.
