INGREDIENT

2 oz./60 ml Premium Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey
2 pumps Monin® Oak Barrel Concentrated Flavour
¼ oz./8 ml Monin® Pure Cane Syrup
2 dashes Angostura® Bitters

GARNISHES

Orange Peel, Skewered Mushroom, Beef Tip, Roasted Potato

PREPARATION: Stir and Strain / Over Ice

1. Fill serving glass full of ice (Ice Sphere Pictured).
2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
3. Stir vigorously to chill, and strain into serving glass with ice.
4. Add garnish, smoke w/Hickory Wood Chips in cloche, and serve.
