However, in order to protect our customers and maintain the highest Food Safety standards, we handle returns of food ingredients with great care and strict compliance.

Each bottle contains more than 1.3 kg of ripe Italian cherries, processed into a concentrated fruit purée with 100% fruit content. The gentle concentration technology preserves the velvety texture, rich ruby hue, and recognizable, “mature” cherry flavor without excessive sharpness.
Cherry Purée works especially well in cocktails with character: it pairs perfectly with dark rum, bourbon, brandy, amaro, and sparkling wines.
