Ingredients

• 45 mL ruby port
• 15 mL Monin Apple syrup
• 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 7 1/2 mL ginger liqueur
• Top with
• 90 mL club soda

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Pour into a glass.
4. Top with sparkling beverage.
5. Serve.
