- 30 mL Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup
- 15 mL fresh lemon juice
- Top with

Instructions
- Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Serve.
